Public Reporting

Under Maryland State Finance and Procurement §7–331, the Opioid Restitution Fund Advisory Council is required to provide an accounting of funds received in the Opioid Restitution Fund, use of those funds, and any associated performance indicators associated with the use of ORF funds.
